Please make sure that you follow below steps:

Step 2: Connect the cable and power plug.
Step 3: Wear the goggles to protect your eyes.
Step 4: Turn on the device and adjust suitable energy level.
Step 5: Place the device on the treatment area at 90° and press the flash button.
Step 6: Use moisturizing skin care product after finished hair removal.
Yes, it is generally recommended to shave the area you plan to treat before using an IPL hair removal device. Shaving removes the hair above the skin's surface, allowing the IPL light to better target the hair follicles beneath the skin. This can improve the effectiveness of the treatment and reduce the risk of skin irritation. However, always follow the specific instructions provided with your device and consider consulting a healthcare professional to ensure safe and effective use.
For optimal hair removal results, we recommend using the IPL hair removal handset as follows:
1. Position: Hold the device vertically against your skin during each treatment.
2. Frequency:
- Weeks 1-4: Use the device 3 times per week.
- Weeks 5-12: Reduce to 1-2 treatments per month.
3. Adjustment: Increase the frequency as needed based on your results.
No, you don't need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
